Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by messaging us on WhatsApp before the order is prepared or dispatched. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described on delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with details and, where possible, a photo, so we can review and resolve it.

Perishable products

As our gojju, pickles, and mixes are homemade and prepared in small batches, refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
